The Value of the project: 30 500,00 PLN
A subvention of 5 461,00 PLN was gained from the Regional Operation Program of the Silesian Voievodship in the years 20007-2013 to realize the project of the ACARTUS Joint Stock company.
The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Fund of Regional Development within the framework of the Regional Operation Program of the Silesian Voievodship in the years 2007-2013

The need of realizing the project results from the necessity of the joint stock company ACARTUS to provide services of optimal quality, which would guarantee the tax security of our clients, maximize the correctness of services provided by us and to guarantee their promptness.
The approach of the joint stock company Acartus , orientated towards the needs and expectations of clients enables a long - term development of the business activity. The need to purchase advising services resulted from the complexity of the system of the ISO quality management . The realization of the project enabled the fulfilment of the need of the joint stock company ACARTUS to enhance the effectiveness of labour organization[ by shortening the time of assignments, avoiding mistakes, a better management of documents], to increase of security of settlements of accounts, to create procedures and standards of proceedings.
The implementation of the system of the ISO quality management and receiving a certificate of quality increased considerably the prestige and the image of the firm on the market and created possibilities of a further development and of gaining potential new clients wanting to cooperate with an accounting office organized as well as possible. The use of proven procedures optimized the organizational functionality of the joint stock company ACARTUS in case it comes to another acquisition , fusion or to the take-over of another accounting office.

The clients of the company come from different places both from where the offices of the joint stock company ACARTUS are situated and from neighbouring towns and villages.
The main aim of the project was to increase competitiveness of the joint stock company by implementing the system of Quality Management [ SZJ ISO 9001: 2008]. The implementation of SZJ ISO enabled the joint stock company ACARTUS to gain a competitiveness advantage over other accounting offices functioning on the regional market.
The joint stock company ACARTUS decided to build and implement the ISO system and to get the certificate of quality because this will satisfy not only the basic needs of service purchasers but the needs of the Company as well.
The objectives of the project correspond with the main aim of the organization it means to the increase of regional competitiveness of the economy based on knowledge.
Within the priority and sub- operation the aim of micro development of small and medium -sized businesses to which the joint stock Company ACARTUS belongs is supported in particular by being advised and thereby by contributing to making the organization gain a competitiveness advantage.
The realization of the project doesn’t result from the barriers of the joint stock Company ACARTUS. The realization of this project resulted from the need for a constant development of the company.
A systematic development of the firm is reflected in the increase of the number of clients ,in the amount of revenues, in the employment growth and in absorbing other smaller accounting offices.
The implementation of the ISO system enables us to fulfill the expectations of our clients in the field of security, correctness and promptness of accounting, booking, tax, remuneration and personnel services .
